Fast facts on me

  •  have always been awestruck by medical professionals and natural healers’ capacity to cure people.
  • I made few failed attempts to get into medical college. Later, I enrolled into an engineering college and graduated as an electronic engineer in 2016.

  • I graduated in computer science from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2021.
  • I became mother to a sweet boy in 2022 and that’s when my passion towards health and wellness struck hard.
  • In 2023, I started an instagram channel where I post healthy baby food recipes at least twice a week. I got certified on plant-based nutrition and child nutrition and cooking.
  • I also took blogging courses online and decided to a start my own blog to share my knowledge, insights and experiences.

    Childhood and High School

    I was born and raised in scenic landscapes of Nepal-famous for its natural beauty, lush forests, cultural and spiritual heritages. say my blood type is R positive (Because I just love reading so much).

    I was always fascinated to know about human anatomy, super-learning techniques and so on. On the side, I was also learning programming language to do fun projects.

    I chose Biology as major for my High School and after that prepared for my medical exams. That opened a big door to a wealth of knowledge about human health. However, I couldn’t get scholarship into medical school and so I had to pursue different path.

    Undergrad and Tech experience

    During my undergraduate studies in electronics and computer engineering, I actively engaged in numerous projects aimed at making a positive impact on people’s lives. I also participated in multiple hackathons, leveraging my skills to innovate and address real-world challenges.

    I worked on a couple of software companies and dedicated my efforts to mastering application developing, engaging in various projects that sharpened my skill and broadened my experiences.

    Life in US

    I got married and moved to the USA in 2019. I pursued my graduate degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology while working full-time. In 2022, I welcomed a sweet little boy into my life and embraced the wonderful role of motherhood.

    Present day

    Each day spent nurturing my child serves me as a reminder of the deep impact that healthy habits and practices can have on our lives. I started small- pursued few certification courses and started Instagram baby food channel in 2023. I am determined to expand my outreach to make positive transformation on everyone’s health and well-being through my dedicated efforts.
